São Francisco Jr Cultivator

Implement for multiple use with spacing regulation, developed to perform the operations of subsoiler, fertilization and cultivation of the sugar cane culture.
 
Composed by 2 auto steerable plain cutting discs that cuts the remaining Straw, 2 semi parabolic subsoiler shanks equipped with straight pointers or winged pointers with fixed regulation automatic disarm, that subsoil the sugar cane rows. Posses 2 individual polyethylene fertilizer boxes with capacity for 370 liters each, that apply the fertilizer trough stainless steel endless auger and are driven by tractor´s wheel with chain quick automatic coupling, and the regulation of the outflow is made by gearbox.

Composed also by 2 swinging sets in parallelogram formed by 10 18” notched discs distributed in 4 sections with oil bath bearings and device for the cultivation angle regulation and cutting angle.

Due to its versatility, the implement can be easily transformed into a furrow opener, just taking out the pantographic sets from the cultivation harrow from the toolbar and screw the furrow wings in the subsoiler shank.
