Ratoon Cane Insecticide Aplicator (JP model pump)

Implement developed for the application of insecticides inside the ratoon sugar cane rows, aiming the control of sphenophorus and migdollus.
 
It has toolbar for the set´s fixation to make the application in simultaneously 3 rows of ratoon cane rows..
 
Each set has a 26-inch cutting disc with compression springs that cut the straw mattress, and fixed just behind the cutting disc, a device with the spray nozzle that makes the application of the product in depth. Each set is adjusted in the tool bar to cut the center of the ratoon line and to make the application of the insecticide to a depth of 5 cm for the control of sphenophorus and 20 cm for the control of the migdollus.
 
The implement has a tank with capacity for 600 liters of insecticide, with level display, equipped with piston pump model JP coupled to the tractor´s TDP, for the spraying of the insecticide.
