WARRANTY

DMB Machines and Agricultural Implements, ensure that the equipment identified according to the identification plate, forcing to repair or substitute parts or components that, in normal service and in use, following the indicated technical recommendations presents manufacturing defects, assembling or raw material, following the bellow rules:

WARRANTY PERIOD

The warranty period is 6 months, from the date of the Sales documentation to the first client of the implement.

WARRANTY APPLICATION

The warranty shall be granted since all the using conditions and maintenance are followed as described in the instruction manual, and the analyses conclusive approval, done by DMB after-sales technical sector. The equipment shall have all the documentation and the buyer respected all the clauses on the sales contract and the general conditions indicated by DMB.

LOSS OF WARRANTY

Use of the implement in discordance with the technical recommendation, maneuver errors, overtakes the power limits, working overload or accidents.
Maintenance prevent/ corrective done by no authorized persons.
Use of non original spare parts and components or non provided by DMB.
Equipments Modifications or transformations of any characteristics from the original project.

EXCLUDED ITENS FROM THE WARRANTY

Defects Resulting From Accidents
Parts that presents natural wear from it´s use, save fabrication defects, assembling or raw material.
Lubricante oil.
Equipement´s displacements and freights, parts and components for no giving warranties.
Vehicules and persons displacement and mobilization.

OTHERS

All the equipment or parts replaced under warranty will be property of DMB.
The replaced equipment´s or parts warranty will extinguish with the implements warranty period.
An eventual delay in the services executions does not give the right for the owner to reparation and neither extension of warranty period.
